Regular -ar Verbs
Most Brazilian Portuguese verbs end in -ar. They all follow the same pattern in the present tense:
| falar (to speak) | morar (to live) | andar (to walk) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Eu | falo | moro | ando |
| Você / Ele / Ela | fala | mora | anda |
| Nós | falamos | moramos | andamos |
| Vocês / Eles / Elas | falam | moram | andam |
Take any -ar verb, drop the -ar, and add the matching ending: -o, -a, -amos, -am. That's it.
Fill in the right form of the verb in parentheses.
