Describing with Adjectives

At the welcome dinner Marina and Marcos describe the house, the food and the dog. Finnish adjectives come before the noun, and — unlike English — they agree with it. For now just learn the base (dictionary) form.

The basic adjectives

Examples: Talo on iso. (The house is big.) · Kahvi on herkullista. (The coffee is delicious.) · Minä olen väsynyt. (I am tired.)
