Four more irregular verbs, all of them everyday:

Two things to notice:

• For quis, disse, soube, the eu and ele forms are identical — kinder than fiz / fez and tive / teve.
• Pôde (he could) carries a circumflex. In writing, that's the only thing that tells it apart from the present pode (he can); in speech, pôde has a closed o and pode an open one.
