Directions are usually given as polite instructions to vous. They're simply the vous form of the verb without the pronoun:

• Tournez à gauche. — Turn left.
• Continuez tout droit. — Carry on straight ahead.
• Prenez la deuxième rue à droite. — Take the second street on the right.
