In this lesson you'll follow Luana through a whole day. You already have most of what you need — reflexive verbs, the time, the parts of the day. A few new words first:

fazer um lanche — ela faz um lanche	to have a snack — she has a snack
voltar para casa	to go back home
sentar-se	to sit down
ler — ela lê	to read — she reads
preparar-se para	to get ready for

Sentar-se and preparar-se work exactly like levantar-se: ela se senta, ela se prepara. Notice the pair preparar / preparar-se: she prepara um café (makes a coffee), but se prepara para dormir (gets herself ready for bed).
