zustimmen — to agree — is separable and takes the dative, like gefallen: Ich stimme dir zu. Ich stimme Ihnen zu.

Ich finde introduces your opinion, and the next clause keeps normal word order: Ich finde, der Park ist die beste Idee.

To soften a disagreement, start with Ja, schon, aber… (Yes, sure, but…) or Na ja… (Well…).
