Mind you é muito britânico e coloquial: acrescenta um porém ao que você acabou de dizer, como o nosso se bem que. E repare na preposição: on the other hand — o por de por outro lado engana, mas nunca by nem in the other hand. (Skint — duro, sem grana.)
