Inviting — three ways, from direct to casual:

• Vuoi venire al museo? — Do you want to come to the museum?
• Ti va di + infinitive: Ti va di mangiare una pizza? — Do you fancy having a pizza?
• Perché non andiamo al cinema? — Why don't we go to the cinema?

Saying yes: Sì, volentieri! (gladly!) · Certo! · Perché no? · Ottima idea!

Saying no — nicely: Mi dispiace, non posso. · Purtroppo sabato sono occupato / occupata. (Unfortunately I'm busy on Saturday.) · Magari un'altra volta! (Maybe another time!)

Italians rarely give a bare no to an invitation — add mi dispiace and a reason, or suggest another time.
