It's built from two pieces you already know: the future stem plus the imparfait endings -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient.

The irregular stems are exactly the future ones: être → serais, avoir → aurais, aller → irais, faire → ferais, venir → viendrais, pouvoir → pourrais, vouloir → voudrais, devoir → devrais, voir → verrais — and il faut → il faudrait.
